Prime Theaters distributes a deliberately small selection of high-end home cinema manufacturers. Not a catalogue, but brands we can stand behind technically.
For four of the five brands Prime Theaters is exclusive distributor for Germany and Austria, and for Trinnov Audio subdistributor. We supply trade only: home cinema specialists, system integrators, electrical contractors and trade dealers. End customers are referred to an authorised reseller in their region.
The selection has not come together by accident, the brands interlock within a project. The processor has to match the loudspeakers, the screen the projector, the mount the loudspeaker and the ceiling construction. Buying it all from one source saves the coordination between five suppliers and leaves you with one point of contact instead of five.
Trinnov Audio
Audio processors rooted in professional studio technology. The Optimizer measures every loudspeaker for frequency response and position, then corrects level, delay and phase. That is what rescues the projects where the loudspeakers cannot physically go where they belong. Prime Theaters is subdistributor for Germany and Austria.
Ascendo Immersive Audio
Coaxial loudspeakers with the tweeter sitting at the centre of the midbass driver. The sound leaves from one point instead of two, and that becomes audible exactly where an immersive cinema runs many channels at once. Alongside them, subwoofers for rooms that are meant to play genuinely low. Exclusive distribution for Germany and Austria.
Barco Residential
RGB laser projectors from commercial cinema, adapted for private screening rooms. The Heimdall family covers the bulk of projects, joined by Bragi and Njord. Alongside them stands Runar, an LED wall for rooms where projection reaches its limits. Exclusive distribution for Germany and Austria.
Display Technologies
Fixed frame screens, motorised masking and mirror systems, plus hushboxes that take the projector acoustically out of the room. The screen has a say in the image and therefore belongs early in the planning, not at the end of the bill of materials. Exclusive distribution for Germany and Austria.
MN Mounting Solutions
Aimable wall and ceiling mounts for loudspeakers, projector pedestals and rack accessories. With height channels in particular, the mount decides whether the loudspeaker really points at the listening position or merely somewhere in the right direction.
